If there is defect in your product, you may receive an exchange for a product of equal value within 14 business days of the receipt of the product.
Chest Binders are the only exception. If you receive your binder and it does not fit properly, send it back within 14 business days and we will issue a credit for your to pick a product/size that does fit better. NEVER wear a binder that is too snug! This can be hazardous to your health
